Most Celebrated Vocal Achievements!

I can have whole conversations in a lower octave now! And I also have changed how I use gendered greetings with strangers.
-M. H. (they/them)

My sibling's spouse assumed I was on HRT (which I can't actually do because of health reasons).
-A. J. (they/them)

Being able to work on standup using the voice I want to use.
-A.B. (she/her)

I've been told a few times now that I have an androgynous voice! I also personally wanted to avoid "T voice" and believe I have
-M.G.

Having more flexibility with my vocal range is the best achievement!!
-N. C. (they/them)

My resonance - reducing the 'hump' between my higher register and lower register - breathing techniques to help me stay in my comfortable voice middle point instead of stretching for my old register or pushing into my 'new' register.
-J.W. (he/they)

As part of my social transition, I wanted to be able to utilize my voice to affirm my gender identity. The progress I was making was so gradual I didn't even notice I hit my goal! Quinn was recording my voice that showed my range and I felt a type of gender euphoria that I never experienced before. The only words I have that can really describe it is that before I started lessons, the voice in my head felt like bubbles and pink. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't great. Now it feels like smooth, velvety chocolate. But I can also go back to pink bubbles. It was really the flexibility I was aiming for and Quinn helped me nail it!
-Tessa W. (they/them)
